It also provides services including installation, maintenance, manufacturing, and assembly for all types of elevators and escalators, in addition to many other services.
The company was established in 1994 and, over more than 25 years, has worked to achieve greater excellence by adopting advanced and modern technologies at competitive costs, in order to serve its customers in a professional manner.
The company’s management has also been keen on the continuous development of its services over the past years and on expanding its coverage to all regions of the Kingdom.

Alfa Modern Lifts Establishment was founded as a sole proprietorship, operating in the field of elevator installation and maintenance in the city of Jeddah
The organizational structure of the establishment was developed, and a Government Projects Department was established to serve projects across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
A Cabin Manufacturing Department and a Control Systems Manufacturing Department were established in the city of Jeddah
A Spare Parts Department was established in the city of Jeddah
A branch of Alfa Modern Elevators Establishment was established in the city of Dammam
A branch of Alfa Modern Lifts Establishment was established in the city of Abha
A branch of Alfa Modern Lifts Establishment was established in the city of Jizan
A branch of Alfa Modern Lifts Establishment was established in the city of Al Jubail
The Alfa Modern Lifts Factory was established in the Third Industrial City in Jeddah, with a total area of 7,800 square meters
The legal entity was changed and converted into a limited liability company under the name Alfa Modern Lifts Company.
Alfa Elevators Company for elevator spare parts and escalator was established
